All print orders are professionally handled by The Print Space, based in London. Depending on your location, your order will be dispatched from either their UK or Germany studio to ensure fast and efficient delivery across the globe.

You can view exact shipping costs during the checkout process by entering your delivery address.

To protect your artwork in transit, prints are securely packaged in either reinforced tubes or durable, crush-resistant flat packaging.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours of purchase. We work with trusted couriers to ensure your prints arrive safely and on time:

Loose Prints

UK: Royal Mail

EU: Deutsche Post

EEA & Worldwide: DHL Express

Framed Prints

All framed items ship via DHL Express

Estimated Delivery Times:

UK, Europe, USA & Canada: 3–5 business days

Rest of the World: 7–10 business days

If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 days, please reach out to us at hello@adamjames.shop, and we’ll investigate right away.

We’re proud to offer a 100% carbon neutral print and delivery process, thanks to our partnership with The Print Space. Returns & Exchanges

Each print is made to order and part of a limited edition series, so we’re unable to offer direct refunds. That said, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase.

If you'd like to exchange your print for another of equal value, simply contact us within 15 days of delivery to arrange a swap. We’ll just ask you to cover the return shipping.

In the rare event your print arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just send a photo of the packaging, print, and certificate of authenticity along with your order number to hello@adamjames.shop, and we’ll handle the rest — including covering return shipping.
